Earlier I talked about Kim's behaviors being appropriate to a certain class, and you responded that he was a bit snobby... Sure, but I had some very specific things in mind.
One is Kim's (and he doesn't seem to be alone in this one) approach to finances. Very aristocratic there. Living beyond your means isn't a flaw to be avoided, it's a mandatory requirement of life, practically a virtue. Because enlightened dignity requires the maintenance of certain standards including lifestyle, and hey it's only money.
You do *not* want to be the son-in-law of indebted aristocrats with a requirement to be supported in the manner to which they have grown accustomed (because it is the only way to live that is worthy).
