Ok, so I am heading to a gun show this weekend in Gonzales and they always have mil surp Beretta 92 mags. Well I have a Taurus pt99 (which shoots great btw) that I would not mind picking up a few extra mags for.
The question is: Does anyone know if a Beretta 92 mil surp mag will fit my pt99?
If not I will answer it with empirical data on saturday by finding a cheap one and taking it home for an audition, but sooner would be good to.

i dont know what state you are in, but why not bring the gun and check it there?

No it will not. Different magazine catches. Same body shape and design but the release is different.
