I did not select more than 3 options.
We never thought your were invalid , the select at least three apparently must be obeyed.

Soooo I added two more fields/lines to all a larger variety of selections..

Changed the poll and now I cant get it to work either , Help .

Simply buy a couple of the PF-4 filter elements, a couple of 5 gal plastic buckets with the lids, and a plastic spigot. You can assemble an excellent home water filter for about 1/3 the cost of the Big Berkey, and it will actually hold more water.
You know that the PF-4 is a post filter, right? Hence "PF". The site that you have linked sure does charge an arm and a leg. I got mine for almost $100 cheaper, complete with the black ceramic elements and two free travel filters.

Fixed. Thanks.

I tried the same 3 selections as before, no change.

I don't yet have my generator, it's coming up in the spring with my trailer. My food stores are a bit lacking at the moment, I'm working on that as much as money and space permit. I've got plenty of guns and ammo to see me through. I have wood, so I can keep warm, too.

I'm mostly the way there regarding firearms, if 100% prepared were:
* semiautomatic rifle w/ 1K RDS + sling
* semiautomatic pistol w/ 500 RDS hollowpoints + holster
* shotgun w/ 1K RDS bird, 250 RDS buck, 250 slugs + sling
* .22LR (rifle) + sling (I'm grabbing my ankles in the ammo department there, though)

I'm also nearly 100% prepared with an OMFG bugout with what you can carry on your back NOW. In fact, aside from the more serious boys on the 11B side of the house, I'd say I'm more prepared than anyone I personally know. I do, however, need a backpacking water filter, but I've put tablets in my BOB until then.

I'd call our food/cooking arrangement excellent at three days, barely sustainable for three weeks, and beyond that we're hosed. We have nothing in terms of water and water storage beyond the 50-gallons of secret undisclosed water every homeowner has in his garage. We have no generator, but am currently looking for a good deal. Perhaps a new thread...
And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.

I actually had to research the laws about how much ammo is allowed to store at home here. Turns out I was ok, but I was worried for a while. I think I'm ok with water, I store some and I have my own water supply anyway.
I've got a freezer loaded with food, so I'm ok for shorter periods, and I have people close by I can go to if it becomes a problem. I've never got around to seriously stockpile food, for several reasons, but it's never been an issue here anyway, even when there's a power outage or a storm, the food supply is back again within days or even hours.
I dont have a generator, which is something I could improve. But I do have a fireplace, lots of firewood, candles and kerocene lamps, so I can manage without power for a few days.
For my situation, I think I'm ok, I'm better prepared than most folks around here for sure. A few days is no problem for me, and a few weeks would probably work too. Any longer, and I'd probably relocate.

Here's a list to track preparedness items that I got off of that Squirrel site. I blanked out my info for you. The list is just about as I found it, I made a bunch of changes in the security tab, added the tools tab, and did a better clothing list. I did the formatting to change the coloring so it's easier to see how close you are to your goal. I was working on a pie chart, but never did get it finished. What I really don't have much of a clue about is the food tab. Looks a little light for a year, unless you really like homemade bread and beans.
