i wish that my grandfather had lived to tell me all about his days in the air force... ill be pulling his service records soon and have to read about his service that way...

Do a search of "Shadow Boxes". Several companies sell them (full stocked with all insignia and awards) or barebones ones you can populate yourself.

Or, once you've seen what's out there, you can probably make one yourself.
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

yeah making one isnt the problem, i am mostly concerned about getting the service record, flag and medals.
