Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama's hopes for carrying Montana have diminished over the past few months, and Montanans say it comes down to one word: guns.
"In Montana, we like our guns. We like big guns. We like little guns. We like shotguns. We like pistols. Most of us own two or three guns. Gun control is hitting what you shoot at," the state's Democratic Gov. Brian Schweitzer told the New York Times in April. When asked why he thought the Democratic nominee would not win his state, he replied, "guns."

Go sod yourself Obama, you useless tax sucking, brainless, twat.Mr. Obama straddled the issue, saying he favored an individual's right to keep and bear firearms but also the government's right to regulate them: "I also identify with the need for crime-ravaged communities to save their children from the violence that plagues our streets through common-sense, effective safety measures," he said.

Montana may have a Democrat for a Governor, but I've heard him speak several times, and he sounds a heck of a lot like a "Goldwater Republican"
