Knives and Flashlights in Europe

The place for general talk about gun, shooting, loading, camping, survival, and preparedness related tools and gear, as well as gear technology discussion, gear reviews, and gear specific "range reports" (all other types of gear should be on the back porch).

Knives and Flashlights in Europe

Post by Frankingun »

A question particularly for our European members, but all answers are welcome of course! I'll be traveling to Greece next summer. I was thinking of carrying a flashlight like a Surefire E2D, and I'll carry a folding pocketknife of some sort.

I'm wondering if a light like the E2D would be considered a weapon in Europe, particularly Greece. I'm also wondering about knife restrictions, like blade length, and can I carry a knive with a thumb stud for aided opening.

I've been searching the 'Net for information, but have come up short so far.
Buy ammunition and magazines.

You'll shoot your eye out!
