Dealing with big bears doesn't, as a rule, leave much room for forgiveness.

That's why I've never done it alone and hope to avoid ever having to.

It's never made a lot of sense to me why Marlin didn't give the guide gun a full length tube, which would have given a 5th round of magazine capacity. Four in the tube and one in the chamber isn't bad, but the cost of the longer tube, longer spring, giving an extra round would have been negligible. I probably wouldn't have time to get off all 5 existing rounds anyway, but still...

When you are right next to growlers on a regular basis its just a little different than Walt Disney :) .
