San Jose police Wednesday morning arrested a man they say was on his way to his termination meeting at a local recycling center with a loaded gun and after leaving his family with a chilling message: This is the last time you will ever see me.
Guadalupe Cabrera Miranda, 50, of Modesto, was arrested and booked on felony charges of making criminal threats and having possession of a loaded weapon, police said.
He was stopped near the San Jose Flea Market — less than a half-mile from his employer, California Waste Solutions. In his leather cowboy boot, after the arrest, an officer discovered a Smith & Wesson handgun. There were eight bullets in the magazine.

POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON
A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.
I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad
