Not to hijack my own thread, but the VP of merchandising at work just got canned--she'd go off on buying trips to China and WAAAY overorder crap. We wound up with millions in inventory we couldn't sell, it finally caught up with her. Plus she was a real piece of work as a person, everybody under her celebrated when she split.
