Well done. Next he should argue he has the right to leave IEDs in front of W's motorcade.
Don't really know what to say about this one. It's quite a leap going from open carry to planting IEDs. :?
Yeah, I'd say it'd be a bit more applicable to compare it to standing down the road with a shovel and a cell phone. It doesn't mean anything... but it does look kinda fishy in context.

Going to trial, apparently. He's wearing a holster to court:

Of course he'll win this one. If not by a jury trial, then certainly on appeal. Besides suing the local cops, I also hope he wins big and gets a lien put on this Atkinson asshole's house.
There must be an end to this intimidation by those who come to this great country, but reject its culture.

so were the more than 2 dozen people that showed up to support him... courts in PA have secure storage for gun owners to place their guns in when they walk in... one of the nicer things about a free state.

And he would go after Atkinson for what exactly?

The problem if he wins is that laws will get passed against carrying guns to Presidential political rallies as a common sense security issue, and I don't think the authors of those laws will err on the side of maximum liberty. I hope he loses huge.

In Washington, they're supposed to...

...but mine doesn't.

perhaps you missed the fact that HE WASNT AT THE RALLY!!!

if he loses then open carry takes a huge hit because the cops can now say that your carrying is causing disorder.

What would he go after Atkinson for? False report leading to wrongful prosecution. I'm not even a lawyer and I came up with that much. Imagine what a smart, ambitious barrister could find.

 That's not how the law works. There's nothing illegal about pointing out to a police officer that a man is carrying a gun. And we don't have barristers.

Typing in caps will not impact what laws will be written. He allegedly crossed police tape, which was close enough to "at the rally" to have articles' titles including the words: "Man carrying gun at Obama rally."
