that stuff happens every day along the border and no one reports it... last number i heard was that there had been over 300 incursions into america by mexican troops in the last couple of years.

This wasn't a trooper, this was a civilian. A friend and I talked about parking in the lot at UTEP that overlooks the area, him with his Marlin 45-70 and me with my '03 Springfield or my M1A.
