NATO surplus Jerry can heads up

The place for general talk about gun, shooting, loading, camping, survival, and preparedness related tools and gear, as well as gear technology discussion, gear reviews, and gear specific "range reports" (all other types of gear should be on the back porch).

NATO surplus Jerry can heads up

Post by Rich Jordan »

Saw a link on arfcom; this may be the best price available for surplus cans right now (best I've seen in quite a while, anyway). Possibly unused "very good" British surplus at $17.50 each

They're still waiting for a report from folks who have ordered though.

Thank you for showing me that site.

Now I have another place to blow my money.

Its a cool site, but just be aware that a lot of what they carry is reproductions. Read the descriptions carefully.

Always glad to help folks spend their money ;)

I love the mortars - DOM is cheap, and as long as it can't accept a 81mm mortar round, conversion to "muzzleloader" using caps and blackpowder doesn't require a tax stamp.

Of course, you could simply get the right size tube, AND get the tax stamp..

The topic that would not die.

I wish I had room for more but I don't.

Thanks for the heads-up!

:jacked:
Why do they call themselves "Swiss Vehicles" but have a website Pinzgauer?
Pinzgau is in Austria.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
