From NRA-ILA:
Ohio: Kingston Township Board of Trustees to Consider Anti-Gun Ordinance Tonight

Monday, September 08, 2008

Please Stand-Up and Make Your Voice Heard!

Tonight, Monday, September 8, the Kingston Township Board of Trustees will consider an ordinance that could have detrimental affects on the Second Amendment rights of the community. Simply put, this ordinance will outlaw “noise that is unnecessary in residential areas of this township,” including the discharge of firearms as well as whistling and signing.

Please make plans to attend this important hearing. The hearing will be tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the Kingston Township Hall, located at 9899 State Route 521, Route 521 & Carter's Corner Road in Sunbury. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Board of Trustees to voice your opposition to this ordinance. Contact information can be found below.

POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON

A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.

I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad
