Well, it's an AP story, reported from what he supposedly told chinese business leaders when he attended a business forum in mainland China. Considering AP's credibility issues, and the fact that their source seems to be what some chinese "business leader" claim was said, I'll give him the benefit of a doubt.
Not knowing much more about him than watching a few movies, I still trust him a lot more than I trust AP or their alleged sources at their word that something was said.
