Re: My turn for surgery - Back home

Just saw the doc and pt for my one week follow-up. Most everything is looking good so far. Knee is flexing and extending good, the spot where they pulled the drain is a little tender and they want me to keep a close eye on that. They pulled the staples and covered the incision with steri-strips.

I got a different set of exercises, with the goal in two weeks from Thursday to get the swelling down and to get full extension, and about 120 degrees of flexion. Right now I'm a few degrees off from full extension and can get to 90 degrees of flexion if I work at it.

I should be able to back to work next week, depending on pain and how I generally feel.
Buy ammunition and magazines.

You'll shoot your eye out!
