YUP - you take out L.A., Hollyweird, and the San Frankornhole bay area (where Pelosi, Feinswein, and Boxturd are all from), and this would be a fairly conservative state.

Smoke 'em if ya' got 'em (pledges, that is):
To be sure, Obama's tax promises in last year's campaign were most often made in the context of income taxes. Not always.

"I can make a firm pledge," he said in Dover, N.H., on Sept. 12. "Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes."

He repeatedly vowed "you will not see any of your taxes increase one single dime."
POOF!!!

That's right. Then they'll say, "Gosh, no one's forcing anyone to buy gas... no one's forcing anyone to buy non-government-owned homes... no one's forcing you to get sick and go to non-government-run healthcare..." and before you know it, England starts looking politically conservative. Say it with me:

I DO NOT EXIST AS A SOURCE OF REVENUE FOR THE GOVERNMENT.
And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.

No, but these FUCKERS are working on trying to dictate every little aspect of our lives so we can be more like the UK:
House approves FDA regulation of tobacco products
By ERICA WERNER, The Associated Press

1:54 p.m. April 2, 2009

WASHINGTON — Anti-smoking forces won a long-awaited victory Thursday as the House passed legislation that would give the federal government key controls over the tobacco industry for the first time.

The measure, passed 298-112, gives the Food and Drug Administration authority to regulate – but not ban – cigarettes and other tobacco products.

More of this bullshiite story...........
And they're NOT going to stop with tobacco................

realistically, the government can only exist by taxing the population...
