Correct, Nancy Reagan she is not. For any dislike for Nancy out there, how she took care of her husband after he was no longer able to take care of himself is laudable.

Good point.
She's wanted to be first lady ever since she first dated Dopey Joe and threw her first husband over for the hair sniffer.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
