No disagreement here. My point was more that the EU demonstrated what useless wankers they are when it comes to "bringing peace".
I just want to know why Clinton thought it was any of the business of the US to get involved.

1. US Leftists only support the use of the US Military in situations that have no impact on the US or it's interests. Even better if it puts troops in peril with no potential gain for the US. The Balkans was a perfect situation for them.

2. The age old game of distracting the proles from domestic issues. AKA "Missiles for Monica" IIRC one of the major air ops kicked off the day before his first impeachment hearing.
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

I was going to mention this one. I thought it was item 1.

Heh. Calling it "Missiles for Monica" implies Clinton actually gave a shit about an intern, but I suppose it'll have to do.

I wish the English and Welsh best of luck in telling the EU to sod off. Then again, I wish Aston Villa the best of luck every season so it may not be the best thing...

I got an email this morning claiming that the "2nd referendum petition" originated as a 4chan prank. No idea how much truth there may be to that.
