It appears certain cultures and certain people have no other way to express themselves than pulling the trigger on something that goes BOOM - AND fires a projectile, since they can't find other that don't and still make noise (see Moron).
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON

See also, New Orleanian. (From a local gun forum, Baton Rouge has problems with it as well.)
