Some of it is also contradictory. What a bunch of horseshit.
There must be an end to this intimidation by those who come to this great country, but reject its culture.

Is it better than what they had before? If so, it's a start; not a great start, maybe, but it is a start in the right direction.

While not in the actual orders, the paper that the soldier is required to sign requires them to carry with no magazine in the weapon. I have confirmed with my source that this is, indeed, the intention of that language.
Doesn't say anything about one in the chamber. So, you use the magazine to chamber a round and then remove the magazine. Guess what. You're not carrying with a magazine in the weapon. :roll:
