I vote we do the Ron White thing. Keep buying/flipping or annexing until we stand at the Panama Canal, which we built anyway. Smoke a ciger, drink some Scotch, piss in the Canal, and say: "Now swim this, bitch."
After a while, the Canadians would want to join. English would be the primary official language, with Spanish and French secondary.

If we do annex anything south of the boarder, we should run it as a possession rather than a territory/state. We should also make the official language of that possession Finnish or something like that just for the fun of making the locals all have to learn a new language and the fact that I don't really want to know what they are saying anyway.

Satori doesn't list it as Scotch.

What they make is follows the style of whisky(including apparently, single malts) that is closest to Scotch(vs. Irish, or the Various American Styles) hence the reason they leave the "E" out of whiskey.
