Tannerite + (presumably) feral hogs?
Swine flew.
Swine flew.

calls to mind one of my favorite lines in a play. Eleanor of Acquitane in Lion in Winter, "Well there will pigs in the treetops by morning!"
Noel Coward had his moments. Lots of them.

Tht's my guess. Note the black limper at the left; Ol' Tripod probably had previous experience with hog eradication efforts and smelled a rat. His unassing the area might have saved him.Aesop wrote:Tannerite + (presumably) feral hogs?

Pfft. I could've told you that pigs can fly! I worked on F-111s.
Remember, folks, you can't spell "douche" without "Che."

I kinda liked the F-111. Made me think "Beta test B1 Lancer"

I don't think the B-1 could toss bombs quite as well. Seriously, though, she made a terrible stand-off interceptor but was a superb successor to the A-26 and B-25 bombers. I always tried to think of new and exciting ways of adding twin 25mm guns to the underside for the occasional strafing run.HTRN wrote:I kinda liked the F-111. Made me think "Beta test B1 Lancer"

As in not at all. The BONE had a lot of deficiencies as a conventional bomber that were not solved until the large scale deployment of JDAMS.SoupOrMan wrote:I don't think the B-1 could toss bombs quite as well.HTRN wrote:I kinda liked the F-111. Made me think "Beta test B1 Lancer"
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

Re: Pigs Really CAN Fly
A LOT of Tannerite.
They may not have actually technically flown, but they did get some major air.
Now, is PETA going to complain, and will they FINALLY volunteer for the hog eradication detail if their friends the vegan farmers ask them nicely?

The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
