Aw, man, I am so sorry to hear that.

I am totally not giving any advice, but having watched my mom and dad try to get more time for my mom a few years ago, I'd choose quality over time, too.
We may sell some things, cash in her retirement account, ask for a pre inheritence from my parents... and go make lots of memories in the time we have left together. As they say, no one ever wishes they had just worked a few more 60 hour weeks. We need to enjoy each other while she remains symptom free. We need to make the memories now that we should have made over the next 20-40 years because it sure doesn't look like we are going to even have 2-4 much less 20.
Again, I think that's a good choice. Money grows back, but time doesn't.

If you set up a donation bucket, let us all know. There's nothing better to kick in on than good memories.
Note to self: start reading sig lines. They're actually quite amusing. :D

If you do choose to go get lost in America and want a spot to crash in San Diego we have a 25' travel trailer on hookups that's pretty comfortable for passers through.

Crash location in Central Arizona, 30 miles north of Prescott available too. 90 minutes drive from the Grand Canyon.
