I like the way he just copied and pasted the advertising text from whatever site sold it to him for $89.95. "Arsenally refinished" I hate that phrase.
Note to self: start reading sig lines. They're actually quite amusing. :D

Made to sound better than it is. "Remanufactured", "refurbished", "rebuilt", "bubba'd by official gov't sumdoods", etcWeetabix wrote:I like the way he just copied and pasted the advertising text from whatever site sold it to him for $89.95. "Arsenally refinished" I hate that phrase.

It's the adverbial abuse I object to. It should be "arsenal-refinished."

It's "Brave Grammar" to go with "Brave Spelling". If "Artisanally" is a word, why not "Arsenally"?Weetabix wrote:It's the adverbial abuse I object to. It should be "arsenal-refinished."
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

I guess that a $900 Mosin would be okay, if it were delivered in a stretch Yugo limousine, by monkey butlers.
