1)These guys are complaining about what I do willingly?!
2)Going along with what Chris said, I've heard one of the best methods for breaking somebody is "whispering" - speech heard just below the level of the discernable. Tied in with sensory deprvation(IE kept tied up in the dark), can break somebody in a coupla days..
