If FB is any indicator, shipments are still in transit. I know that doesn't help much...

Did you use the contact link on the kickstarter project page? If not give it a try.

A lot of the lowest tier supporters apparently only got their stuff shipped in the last few days. Dunno about lighters though.

Took a while for my stuff to show up.

This has got to be about the worst customer service I have experienced lately. And my order has nothing to do with any kickstarter that was run. I bought (or thought I was buying) products offered for sale on a website, and paid for them over 4 months ago, and when they finally delivered, I was shorted half my order. And now they do not respond to email.

I ordered the MHI Zippo for the Darlin' Daughter for Christmas. (Her idea, not mine!) Ordered it in early November. It arrived in time for her birthday in mid-February. The one she ordered for her brother arrived about the same time.

It was worth the aggravation to see the look on her face.

Sorry yours didn't work out so well.

I love my NRA Life Member Zippo, but I HATE having to refill it (what seems like) all the damned time (although once lit, it's pretty damned hard to put it out other than closing the lid)!!

But WHAT AN ICON (Zippo), which you seldom see anymore in our current, millisecond, culture!!! I'LL TAKE IT!!! :D :D
