I break 870s, at the SHOT show Kel-Tec was proud if the gun actually being designed to be run - and it's quite short

Hypocritically , while I'm a firm believer in an AR being a great HD weapon , but if someone is in the same room as me, I'd rather use buckshot than a. 223 - if I have kids that will changeS

Detroit reload of an 870 is kinda tough.

I own an 870, The wife loved the recoil mitigation and the shortness of the KSG. If I had the money, we would have both at bedside. The KSG is also quite optic friendly. A good thing for the wife.

I think there is a semi-auto version in the works. But at Kel-Tec speed, that means we'll see sales in 2025......

I have some seriously bad mojo on shotguns…

No idea what broke on the 500 - it just locked solid - broke a transfer bar on an 870 - had a tube fly off the end of a Beretta semi...

Did these happen back in your powerlifter days? If so, there's your answer. :)

I still don't see the KSG as being an improvement over my Saiga 12, especially given the availability and reported quality issues. Particularly now that Legion has Izhmash 8 rounders for $110, and CSSpecs just released his first run of 8 round steel magazines for under $70 each.

Yep, so long as there are magazines, the multitube setup is purely a novelty.

I like the 26" OAL, but I for hot about Akdals-Saigas can be tricky according to a 3 gun smith I shoot with. (The tolerances really varied, the Akdals are made on a modern CNC line...
