Word. Just Word.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

[strike]"House of the Rising Sun" to the tune of Rolling Stones' "Sympathy for the Devil".[/strike]
In the words of Willy Wonka, "Scratch that; reverse it."
The Rolling Stones 'Sympathy for the Devil' to the tune of "House of the Rising Sun".
virtually everything Emily Dickenson wrote to the tune of "The Yellow Rose of Texas"

The theme from 'Gilligan's Island' sung to the tune of 'Stairway to Heaven' or the original G.I. tune done in the style of Led Zeppelin. You can find multiple versions of both on YouTube.dfwmtx wrote:Is that something like Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Wizard of Oz"?Captain Wheelgun wrote:Dare I mention 'Stairway to Gilligan's Island' ?

The Marine Hymn to the tune of Gilligan's Island. All three verses. (Important safety tip: Never let a D.I. catch you singing it that way. Just saying.)
