I don't know whether to laugh or cry; Kiribati is an archipelago of tiny islands. Who knows, maybe TGC would build bridges - Greg and Weet can start :-)

Sounds like they would fit in real well with all the nuts over at the squirrel cage.

Depends which group of members you get here. With one set, it would be like that. With another set, it's more likely they would steal the USS Iowa, restore it to working order, and drunkenly sail the high seas posing a risk to women of loose morals, ships carrying alcohol, and countries called France.
Putting it that way does not do justice to the master strategy involved. In addition to infrastructure, we're going to be in dire need of population; hence the inclusion of the loose women on the shopping list.

I'm not seeing that as an either/or proposition.

A plethora of books and movies by and about rich assholes who "find themselves" using the third world as their playground.

Nah,we'll just fill the channels between islets with empty beer and liquor bottles and shot-out rifle barrels.

You forgot to mention flying the roger, ending every sentence with "yarr", and, of course, the theme music..

I thought you would have actual music for the theme.

I think that's what you meant to say...? 8-)

I didn't think that needed to be mentioned, seems kind of obvious.

Oh, since it's my idea, I hereby ordain the following rule. Anyone caught trying to make the 16" guns more tactical will be forced to walk the plank. You can paint the AAA guns black and mount all the rails, lights, and red-dots on them you want, but the big guns stay original.
