Rumpshot, I'm interest in the Safari Rifle book, along with Wildcat cartridges(well, I'm interested in more, but what the funds will allow is another story. ;) )

Can I get prices on both? Also, do let us know if others fall through - If Denis doesn't take Hatchers notebook, Big Game Rifles, or the DWM book, I probably will. :D

Rumpshot, HTRN, the DWM book is beyond my beer-money budget, plus I'm not a serious student of von Hofe, the way HTRN is, so I'm happy to let him have that one. DWM is of curiosity value for me, because it was in Karlsruhe, where my in-laws live, plus I have a few old, old boxes of DWM ammunition in the cupboard.

I have Hatcher's Notebook in electronic form already, so I'll hold out for a pristine copy of that, if you don't mind. That leaves the Big Game Rifle (and the Complete Reloading Guide, if you're parting with it). How about sending the Big Game Rifle to HTRN first? If he decides to keep it, let him, and if not, he can send it on to me?

I wouldn't go calling myself a "serious student" of the 5.6x61 SE Vom Hofe, just somebody who thinks that this obscure little cartridge should get more attention than it does. :geek:

Hell, It got me looking in to swaging, due to the dirth of good .228 caliber bullets.

Denis, take the O'Connors big game rifles book - I have other books to buy this week, notably stuff from Richard Frankling on "barrel plumbing" ;) and Mark Strattons book on fixtures for gunbuilding.

Will update the original posting with prices as quickly as I can.

Denis, approximate cost for US Postal service to deliver the list you asked about would be in the $60.00-65.00 range plus insurance. I know you have backed down on the list and there will be a difference, but that is a rough estimate.

Prices now listed in the original post. A few prices not listed, still researching and willing to consider offers. Three books sold and struck out.

RS, should you end up w. books which you can't move here, I'd suggest the Accurate Reloading forum.

Ah, that email address the forum has, is long gone I think.

Is the Perkinsville Rd address for your wifes bookstore still valid? Because I'll just send a check there for the total, just keep an eye out for a letter from New York. ;)
