Linkarooni - it's simply amazing to me that SO MANY of PA's politicians don't understand PREEMPTION laws. These people are dumber than a box of rocks!

A proposal to require that gun owners report lost or missing firearms within 72 hours will be introduced to the York City Council next week.

York City Councilwoman Toni Smith, who plans to introduce the legislation, said she and her husband keep a gun in the house. If it went missing, she'd be on the phone to the police department right away, she said.

"It's important that people report that because a lot of those guns that are stolen are used in crimes," she said. "All I want to do is try to protect the victim from being victimized twice."

POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON

A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.

I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad
