Yeah, I'm going to go with all of the above.

If you want to increase your OHP, you might want to try doing some lock out work - could be an issue more of tendons and balance.

Maybe a dumbbell clean and press would be a better metric - C&Js are something which requires more technique and instruction than I think most people are interested in.

Hows about a program for someone who's knees are shot ? and I mean really bad...if I even try to jog one of them will eventually dislocate.
Can't swim either ( only downwards ;) )
All my life I been in the dog house
I guess that just where I belong
That just the way the dice roll

English, it does work. Especially if you have a tiny little sadist as an instructor, who also is familiar w. PNF stretching...

(I think you'd be surprised how many jocks/former jocks use yoga - bit like boxers and ballet.)

Then Scientific Yoga (aka Egoscue Method).

Go to the knee chapter and do them in order. They may be worn out and thoroughly messed up but it's remarkable what how much life is left in them if the alignment and motion is restored to(ward) nomimal.
