Suggest a garrison belt

The place for general talk about gun, shooting, loading, camping, survival, and preparedness related tools and gear, as well as gear technology discussion, gear reviews, and gear specific "range reports" (all other types of gear should be on the back porch).

Suggest a garrison belt

Post by Aglifter »

A friend of mine - retired Marine and current deputy - is having some back problems. He's using a 5.11 version of a wilderness tactical belt as his duty belt I would like to get him a garrison belt, and probably some Tac plates to help him.

Any suggestions?

No. Not even a bullet proof vest.

Yeah - he's rather stubborn. I might give h a copy of an Egoscue book, but I don't know if it would do any good. I might see if I can get him to go to a yoga class with me, but he is a stubborn cuss.

Yeah, stupid is painful. So is stubborn. People want an "expert" to lay hands on them and eliminate the problem that's taken years to develop instaneously -- a magic bullet. Heaven forbid they should brush, floss and take corrective measures for their posture compromised by too many hours, days, months, years sitting in flexion.

maybe a youtube link showing a couple e-cises for backpain. Sometimes that gets through.
