Oh, I've been aware of the blanking kit for several years now. I'd probably install one if it were given to me, but it isn't really something I need, and I can accomplish the same thing without buying any additional parts. When I press the trigger on the .450 it absolutely must fire; I'm less concerned with how it looks.

Be interesting to know what WWG would do if they were taken a rifle for work that had the blanking pin installed, or if they would refuse to work on it at all.

Their is still something in Alaska we call "active natural selection", lots of folks do not live through the above situation.
And for those willing to listen, after you have your deer down switch to your growler loads/ammunition and listen for the gravel to crunch and and the brush to break as they come for fresh meat.
You live and learn.
