The target: Complete stranger, preferably 40+ miles from my area.
The Method: Go into a theater or a mall bathroom, find someone who is taking a shit. Hit him upside the head with a blunt object, lock him in the stall.
The getaway: Leave area, Dispose of murder weapon in a field.

There would need to be a motive. The idea of just picking some random a-hole and killing them is quite unappealing.

Suddenly, I'm reminded of one target in Hitman: Blood Money you could fake an accidental death on by crushing his throat with a bar while he did bench-presses.
