Snort...
There must be an end to this intimidation by those who come to this great country, but reject its culture.

I watched most of it.

Biden's jackass like braying drove me nuts, and his insistence that if Iran has managed enough enriched uranium, they still don't have a bomb made me wanting to strangle somebody. HEY JACKASS! A GUN TYPE ATOMIC BOMB IS SO STUPID SIMPLE TO BUILD, THAT EVEN A DEMOCRAT COULD BUILD ONE!

What I couldn't understand was why he seemed to think that part of the process was the showstopper. Hell, they could buy in a weapon if they wanted, much easier than making or importing the nuclear material. Any they already have a delivery system. Does he think the American people are that stupid?

I said the exact same thing. He seems stuck on the fact that they don't have a missile or bomber to deliver it, instead of just sticking it on an old oil tanker and sailing it into New Orleans.

"Delivery" may be the hardes techinical hurdle, as building ICBMs, long range bombers, or boomers, isn't exactly easy or cheap. Turning Yellowcake into 80%(or higher) U-235? That's tech that predates transistors. It's just time consuming and expensive, and very "fiddly" to get to work right. The actual package? There's a goddamn book on Amazon that goes into detail on how the damn things work..

If on the other hand you have a supply of folks willing to explode their way into paradise and aren't interested in reusable delivery platforms, especially for a one off attack, not so difficult.

Airliners don't need bombays if you intend to detonate the weapon inside over the target. Subs don't need missile tubes if they simply want to get into a harbor and then detonate. Others have already mentioned OTS surface ships.
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".
