I'll be out at 29 Palms for about 3 weeks starting this week. Don't go thinking that I've up and deployed yet, that'll come later. See ya around Thanksgiving, unless I can get the 'net there.

As long as you're there, Bar-Sto barrels will fit nicely on all of our Christmas stockings.....

If you decide to go rock climbing in the nearby Joshua Tree National Park, make sure you use a competent guide. I've done more than my share of rescues up there. Check with Nomad Ventures in Joshua Tree (Highway 62 & Park Blvd).

I'm back, and still alive. Once I get set up for Thanksgiving, I'll try to post some pics/video of the foreign weapons shoot.

That should be cool. Did you get a chance to get off base and head up into the National Park?
