Woot! Sport one-day deal on Rapid Reticle red dot sight

The place for general talk about gun, shooting, loading, camping, survival, and preparedness related tools and gear, as well as gear technology discussion, gear reviews, and gear specific "range reports" (all other types of gear should be on the back porch).

Woot! Sport one-day deal on Rapid Reticle red dot sight

Post by Rich Jordan »

Here through end of day June 27th (Central time) or until they sell out.

Good deal or not I don't know, good scope or not, I don't know.

We discussed this particular red dot in this thread. SWFA was selling them for about that price a few months ago, and woot had them for $130. I stand by my statement that an odd size ring(33mm) is a bad idea.

That's actually a different sight, Irish.

But as with the original, it retains the 33mm rings. And word is, you can't co-witness w. an AR unless you shell out $$$ for the higher rings.

You are correct sir. I thought they may be trying to move the old ones once again. Though in that price range, the I.O.R. red dot might work. It comes with high rings and has a standard 30mm tube.
