I'm fairly certain that if a jury were composed of members of this forum, any defendant accused of possession of a MIRVd ICBM with intent to sell would be declared not guilty... UNLESS said individual admits to putting ketchup on grilled cheese, in which case the defense attorney would demand a mistrial on the basis that such information would so prejudice a jury as to guarantee a conviction.

And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.
