With so many "troops" out there, they would have trouble finding quarters for them. Oh well, I guess they'll just have to be boarded with the populace in general. We are at "war with terrorists" you know. And since these are civilians, there's no worry about Constitutional violations there.

AFIK, there is no stature of limitation, and there's nothing on my DD-214 that says the oath I took back in 1961 no longer applies.
That's funny. Mine doesn't either.

My dad says his only applies as long as he's ambulatory, warm to the touch, and has a detectable pulse, after that we're on our own.
