The incompetence of government

Post by JAG2955 »

In this case, the Florida Division of Licensing. I got a letter in the mail, which I assumed was my renewed FL non-resident permit. Instead, it's a letter that says that I need to have the address where my fingerprints taken written down on the back of the fingerprint card. So I turned it over...and written, right where they freaking told me to, was written the address of the place where I had them taken.

Grrr.....

And the sad part is the unions won't let the supervisors or management fire incompetent employees who create such idiotic situations. I was stopped even though I was ready and willing to go all the way to the Civil Service Commission to stand behind my decision to have someone fired (and it was ALL documented). Management didn't have a spine and caved, so all the work I put into the Termination Package went right out the window - and it was apparently a better deal than a couple hours of their time to stand in front of the Commission and tell them to question ME, since I'm the one with all the answers.

I understand your GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I bet mine is MUCH longer and FAR more intense!! ;) ;)
