Didn't even watch the game...But I hear horns blaring and fireworks popping....Oh the joys of living in the shadow of Giants stadium. Probably 4 more hours of this crap!

Giants pulled off second half miracles for about the last eight games of the season. That being said, in my opinion it was actually a pretty entertaining game.

Well. Don't care who won. I ate pizza, meat balls, vegetables with dip, chips with dip, something on a bun, shrimp, crackers and dip, soup, more dip and something on my sleeve. Watched a friends girlfriend get stupid. Laughed my ass off. Argued the God King. Burped. Took a leak somewhere in between. Laughed again. Had a piece a chocolate. Flirted with the friends drunk girlfriend. Moved some more gas. Somewhere in there I drank some of Miller finest Lite...And that's what its all about. ............. High brow kind of night.
Looking forward to the next one.

I hit Taco Bell on my way to the hardware store. After I got home with my goodies, while y'all were glued to the couch, I was out in the garage cooking up something made of win for AK shooters.Darrell wrote:BTW, what'd everybody do for SB food?

1. How was that a fucked call? He was in the pocket, under pressure and threw the ball where there was no one even close. Bush league mistake from a future hall of fame qb.1. That totally fucked intentional grounding call for a safety to open the patriots first drive
and
2. Rob Gronkowski was basically not a factor in this game
2. Agreed on that. He was slow, it was obvious his ankle hurt and he was not a factor.
And how about that bullshit holding call on the Gints that halted their drive??
On paper, the Pats may have been the better team (slightly). But Eli and the O consistently put up massive 4th Q numbers for the second half of the year. Pats got outplayed in the first quarter and all of the second half.

It wasn't too bad of a game. For halftime I went over my new hockey gear while watching NHL Tonight. The next learn to play league starts March 25, so I have to get my new skates broken in. ('ve watched ice hockey without ever playing for far too long, so it's time to learn. I didn't realize how much these newfangled carbon skates hurt.
Still though, the safety call as the first scoring play was crazy. Have any of the other championships started off with a safety? I'm trying to remember. Bellichick's gambit to let the TD through in the hopes of a series of successful passes almost worked in the last two minutes.

Remember, folks, you can't spell "douche" without "Che."

As good a Superbowl as you can hope to see. Well matched. Down to the wire. My inclination is to root for the Giants but being in San Diego it's hard to get past the taste of bile that comes with every image or mention of Eli Manning. ... the horse you rode in on Eli
Madonna actually put on an excellent show. Really showed her professionialism. Not my style of thing but she really nailed the right balance in the visuals and music -- and her personal performance was flawless. Gotta give her props. She's not been a success for nothing. The style and scope of the show was appropriate for the venue. Blew away the last 10 year string of overdone productions with their parade of embrassing prancing geriatrics.
