Re: Where did that shot come from???
We're quite a bit different here, and people get pretty pissed off if something's a POS and keeps getting trashed and they keep replacing it - eventually the taxpayers will tell them to stop wasting their money on something nobody wants (besides the politicians) and they can't afford to keep replacing.

There is a parallel thread over on Warriortalk, and one guy posted a small picture of one of the sensors. Looked like an easy enough target to take out, if you know what to look for. He also warned that if you are googling for images of them, to have your malware/virus software up to date. Apparently he picked up a nasty bug when he tried to load one of the pictures.308Mike wrote:I've been trying for quite a while to find one (or more) pictures of their microphone sensors, but have been unable to find any so far.

People get pretty pissed off here too, that's why they keep being torn down. The problem is that with the way the system here is set up, there's really no way to make them stop. It's the politicians and officials that want it, and they have no problem spending more and more tax money, unless they think it might get them booted from office. And the way the political system is set up here that's very unlikely. There's next to none personal accountability to the voters.

You wouldn't happen to have a link, would you? Or is it a subscription site or pw protected?Netpackrat wrote:There is a parallel thread over on Warriortalk, and one guy posted a small picture of one of the sensors.
