LOL!!! CERTAINLY don't dissuade him or punish him for getting on the computer and started writing - I'd say: ENCOURAGE HIM & HIS IMAGINATION!!! Don't stop him, but if you are too obvious, he might shy away no longer believing what he's writing is HIS product or not liking too much attention. Play it cool, but find a way to keep him going.........

You've CERTAINLY got NOTHING to lose by encouraging him to read and write, and his school grades will reflect that ability!!!

No he asked if he could write something using Word. So I let him sit down and go for it. He's been writing stories for his school assignments about zombies. I think he see's dad sitting there coming up with stories and wants to be like him. It really makes me smile to see him come up with his stories. :D Yes I'm encouraging my elementary age boy to write.

Happy new year!

Please enjoy my latest chapter in EotD. Please forgive me, I will not make excuses, but suffice it to say I plan on making a new year resolution about new content. :-)

Anyway here it is.

Have you ever read any Baen books?

In those Baen books, have you ever noticed that there's a "Joseph Buckley" that ends up dead?

;)
