Last time I looked, a pack of cigarrettes here was $8 and change..

I think they are about 4.50 here in WV. When I was trying to quit several years ago, one of the things I did was to try rolling my own. I would use maybe a couple cans of Bugler a week, and that shit burned the hell out of my mouth as well as giving my teeth a nice brown coating.

I don't think I'd have the patience for rolling cigarrettes. Personally, I'm amazed pipe smoking hasn't become more popular.

Yeah it does that.

I inherited some genetic defect which meant my teeth grew with damaged enamel and even if I buffed them up with a power sander then the lightest colour I'd get would be pale yellow. Donny Osmond I'm not, particularly having broken front teeth thanks to living an exciting :? life.

There are zombies with nicer smiles than me. But then I don't have to look at it :D

You can find little home rolling machines -- a few of my buddies who smoke cigarettes got them, and use pipe tobacco to avoid the chemical stuff in the cigarettes.

Er, if you don't have the patience for rolling a cigarette, you don't have the patience for a pipe... I'm quite fond of mine -- I have a Yuri Ishi and a Barbri as my nice ones.

I strongly suggest, however, getting tobacco away from cedar -- I don't know who came up w. that idea, but, IMO, there's no reason to smoke any good cigar, unless it's spent a week in a cedarless humidor.

(Still ticked about how my Liga Privada No. 9 tasted last night... W.O. cedar, it's an excellent cigar)

Oh, at least for me, it's the sudden temperature change that does it, more than the actual cold -- cold makes things a bit more stiff, but a sudden cold spell, like we get in TX, will have me moving slow for a couple days.
