All of mine are pull the trigger, go bang.

When I am in the kitchen, there is a gun in the kitchen. When I step into the dining room, there is one in the dining room, etc.

All our handguns are. Long guns have loaded magazine, bolt forward, empty chamber.Jered wrote:All of mine are pull the trigger, go bang.

Now THAT might depend on which department you work for. The VAST majority I've seen believe in the full tube, empty chamber, hammer dropped, and safety is OFF. All you have to do is rack and pull the trigger.Jered wrote:My shotgun is "cruiser ready."Aaron wrote:All our handguns are. If you train your personnel to the same standard, and treat every shotgun the same, then when they grab one from another cruiser, there aren't any questions regarding if it's loaded, what condition it's in, etc., etc.
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON
A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.
I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad

Cyber, just don't tell them what's in the clock!
As for Mike's question... Miss G&T actually asked for one in the kitchen. 9mm XD in the spatula drawer. I've had people get tools out and never see it!

1) I have a lot of big-ass knives in the kitchen.
2) odds are that if I'm wearing pants there is a kel-tek P3AT in the pocket.
