The Guncounter Movie list!

Post by HTRN »

You know those movies you just love to watch? I'm talking about cinematic masterpieces like Citizen Kane, or Political Movies like the new Ayn Rand flick. I'm talking about movies that you can watch every week for the rest of your life. The ones you spout one liners from. Well, nows the time to list 'em.

1)Terminator 1&2
2)The Star Wars Trilogy(and I don't mean the crap with Jarjar!)
3)Animal House
4)The Blues Brothers
5)Smokey and the Bandit
6)Caddy Shack
7)Cannonball Run
8)The Matrix
9)Evil Dead II & Army of Darkness(Hell, almost anything with Bruce)
10)Robocop
11)Almost All the Dirty Harry movies
12)Predator
13)Slapshot(the greatest hockey movie of all time  )
14)The Connery Bond films
15)Monty Python and the Holy Grail
16)Young Frankenstein
17)Dr. Strangelove
18)Darkstar
19)Blazing Saddles
20)Conan The Barbarian
21)Clerks
22) Better off dead

Feel free to add to the list. I know there are more out there. :D

All good, but I'm feeling some negative waves here that no one mentioned Kelly's Hero's!

Also (in no particular order and in addition to the ones listed above):
Red Dawn
Zulu!
In Harm's Way
The 5th Element
Die Hard
True Lies
Where Eagles Dare
Ice Station Zebra
Uncommon Valor
Big Trouble in Little China
Rio Grande
Fort Apache
She Wore A Yellow Ribbon
Rio Bravo
El Dorado
The Green Berets
McClintock!
The Undefeated
Stalag 17
300
Lone Wolf McQuade
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

Dodgeball

Also, there are only two movies in my movie collection. Zoolander and Kung Pow. The rest of the movies? Eh. I'll watch them if I ever get cable and get Turner Classic Movies again. I don't have to go looking for those movies.
