You call it "large quantity" I call it "dunk tank waiting to happen."
Remember, folks, you can't spell "douche" without "Che."

Look: ships for FREE with Super Saver Shipping. Isn't that nice of them. You could run it through your parts cleaner. I wonder if that's enough to get rid of ALL the cosmoline?

Shipping for that much ought to get pricey, not a bad deal. If you are into that sort of thing...

We are not able to ship this item to your default shipping address.
Too bad. I don't have any need for it (or at least, that much of it), but it would have been almost tempting to buy it just to be able to say I got a 55 gallon drum of anything shipped to Alaska for free. Then again, my default address is a PO box. I'm not interested enough to enter a street address in there, particularly when it might mean that something could get shipped to it by mistake later on... I've had problems lately with a company that tried to ship to a previous address I used for an order the year before, even though I was quite clear in my more recent order as to shipping address. Took me three months and multiple phone calls to get my stuff. Bad thing was, they had screwed up the order the year before, too. Anyway, I'm not going to confuse Amazon with any more information than I absolutely need them to have.

But that's not Hoppes Number 9, though.

I love how the sentence "The ingredient Diethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether," gets cut off just before it tells you anything useful about Diethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

Did you see the review?
The love life between myself and the signifcant other was getting a bit dull so I ordered a drum of this. Needless to say, a romantic bath in this did wonders for our love life. Think of it as a carcinogenic bath in KY Jelly.

I still have a quart bottle of Hoppes on a shelf somewhere. I switched to Ed's Red a long time ago and haven't looked back.
