It's a historical reference. It's a guy in a sheet, riding a horse with muffled hooves. Figure it out.

I'd always heard it as just "Night Riders".
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".
