So I read it, did the ATF push it through? I see lots of alarmist language although I financially support JFPO I think it's signal to noise ratio is awful high sometimes.

I find Eb/No to be a more reliable measure, but it does get rather low with the JPFO. (doesn't stop me from being a member)
